Refund policy

30-day unused returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us through our contact form with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep proof of postage and use a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description or photos of the problem. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Bundles and gifts

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts. For a full bundle return, include all items and promotional gifts received with that bundle. Partial returns are assessed using the discounted amount allocated to the returned items; contact us first for the calculation.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once fulfillment has begun we may be unable to stop shipment. For an exchange, contact us to arrange a return and replacement order.
