Shopping with Play Parade

These terms apply to purchases made through this Play Parade store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are able to enter a purchase agreement and that the contact, delivery and payment information you provide is accurate.

Products, prices and offers

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Product colors, assortment contents and packaging may vary where stated on the product page. Check the product description, age guidance and safety instructions before ordering.

Eligible NeeDoh products receive automatic savings: 2 items save 15%, 3–4 items save 20%, and 5 or more save 30%. Each retail pack counts as one item. The best eligible discount applies; discounts do not stack. Calendar gift bundles have their own displayed pricing and included gifts. Your cart and checkout show the final price.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization and availability. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or refund any amount paid for items we cannot supply. We may decline suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy explain delivery estimates, charges, returns and cancellations. These policies form part of the purchase terms.

Product safety

Follow the manufacturer age recommendations and warnings. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision may be required. Do not ingest toy contents or use products in a way inconsistent with their instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
